shipping policy

Our products are shipped within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email to submit a complaint and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

return & exchange policy

We do not accept Refunds, we can only accept exchanges, no exceptions. We must be notified within 72 hours from the time the item was received, the item must not have been used and must be returned back in the original condition in which it was sent.
